Top quality cast stretch film is produced when combined with latest machine technology and perfect combination of resin.
Our cast film machine incorporates latest technology including gravimetric weighing system to get the accurate blending, beta source thickness scanner for better thickness profile, 5 & 7 layer technology feedblock system, automatic thickness adjustment die and superior winding control system. All this are fully compturized with minimal human intervention.
Further, all our products are screened through hourly QA checks and finalized before sending off to customers. Our highlight testing equipment and ZWICK universal tester are used to minimize any foreseeable problems. These testing units also helps our R & D team to produce new products and formulation.
Our raw material are bought from ExxonMobil, Dow Chemical, Titan Polyethylene, and Polyethylene Malaysia.
